Conditions for booking and paying for camping pitches at Sjöbacka Camping
These conditions apply between Sjöbacka Camping and the person who himself or through another person books/pays for a camping site at Sjöbacka Camping.
The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is stated as "Sjöbacka Camping", "We".
The booking/payment applies to the rental of a camping site at Sjöbacka Camping.
Customers/guests at Sjöbacka Camping are obliged to follow Sjöbacka Camping's "Regulations".
The regulations can be found in their entirety at sjobackacamping.se/ordningsregler.
Sjöbacka Camping's staff has the right to reject customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations from the area.
Booking and payment for private individuals
To book and pay for a camping site on the website boka.sjöbackacamping.se, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card or Swish and BankId or equivalent are required. Payment is made directly, also when booking.
Reservation of a camping site
The price includes rental of the camping site, connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 amps).
The camping fee refers to 2 adults with 3 children up to 15 years of age. Otherwise, a fee of SEK 50/child (0-15 years) and SEK 100/adult is added.
Access to the site from 2 p.m. Departure takes place at 12:00 at the latest. If you check out later, a new fee will be charged
Our camping pitches vary in size. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the site is large enough for your crew. Specified site dimensions include safety distances of up to 4 meters to the neighbour.Payment/Booking confirmation
On receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, Sjöbacka Camping must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
All prices are in SEK and include VAT.
Cancellation of booked place
Cancellation can only be done online via boka.sjobackacamping.se.
Cancellation < 48 hours before the booking starts is not refunded.
Liability for property/causing damage
The customer takes care of the protection the customer considers necessary, such as liability, vehicle, accident and luggage insurance.
Sjöbacka Camping is not responsible for damage or loss caused by third parties, nor for things left behind.
Other obligations and rules of procedure
The customer undertakes to take good care of the rental object and the facility, follow the rules of order, instructions and regulations that apply, and ensure that fellow travelers/own visitors do the same.
Note in particular:
- Motorhome/Caravan must be placed in the center of the number plate in the direction of the arrow.
- Provisions for safety distances when setting up caravans, mobile homes and tents must be followed. The distance between two camping vehicles or between a camping vehicle and a tent should be at least four meters. The distance between two tents should be at least three meters.
- Fires are prohibited in the camping area (does not apply to barbecues)
- It is forbidden to charge your electric car at this campsite
- Between 23.00 and 07.00 it must be quiet on the campsite.
- Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at the campsite and swimming area. Resting must take place outside the area.
- Waste is sorted according to what applies at the campsite. Use the containers indicated. Food waste, bottles, cans, aluminum and barbecue charcoal are sorted separately
- Payment of the fee takes place online.
The use of personal data
By using this website, you also agree to Sjöbacka Camping och Hamnsystem Sverige AB's Data Policy.
Sjöbacka Camping reserves the right to send information and marketing via e-mail or SMS on special occasions.
Breach of contract
This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and Sjöbacka Camping.
The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:
- The conditions in this document are not met.
- The customer/guests in the party behave in a disruptive manner in the area.
- The customer/guests in the party commit vandalism in the area.
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the campsite. In the event of destruction or disruptive behaviour, Sjöbacka Camping can claim damages from the customer.
Dispute
Contact us with any complaints. Be aware that your chances of getting redress may be reduced if you delay in making a complaint. If we cannot agree, you can get help from ARN - Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics and other events that can be regarded as force majeure, Sjöbacka Camping can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, LCU is obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been derived from the site.
